What is Nationwide Activities?
Nationwide Activities was formed to bring associates with like interests together for social interaction through special interest clubs and sports leagues. All associates are welcome to join Nationwide Activities to participate in our member events, these offers are available across the country through the nationwideactivities.org.
Who can join Nationwide Associate Network (NAN)?
You must be an active Nationwide associate to join NAN.
Do I have to be a member to participate? How much does it cost?
Yes, membership is required. A $5 annual membership (based on the calendar year) is required to participate in activities. All memberships expire on December 31.
Can I participate in Nationwide Activities if I retire?
Yes. Eligible Nationwide retirees are welcome to join and participate in club events.

Waivers & Participation Requirements
Do I have to complete waivers to participate?
Yes. All members (who are active associates) must complete a Participation Waiver each year.
Ohio residents must also complete an OH BWC waiver.
Both waivers expire on December 31 each year.

Why do I have to register for a club?
Registration allows us to communicate with members, manage participation records, and ensure everyone has access to club events.

Website Access & Accounts
Do I need an account to use the website?
No account is required to browse or view general information. You must be an active Nationwide associate to join and access member only features.
How do I create an account?
You do not need to create a separate account. Eligible Nationwide associates can access member features using Single Sign On (SSO) with their Nationwide credentials.
How do I reset my password?
Because the site uses Nationwide’s Single Sign On, passwords are managed through Nationwide.

Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments for memberships and events. If you choose Continuous Membership, your $5.00 annual membership fee will be automatically deducted from your second paycheck in January through Nationwide payroll.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Credit card payments are processed through a secure payment system.
